"Instant classic"

Snickers came out flying and sent the message early. They jumped out to a four goal lead and Butterfinger was starting to get frustrated and lose focus. A timely goal by Payner and Farbs put Butterfinger on the board late in period one. It was the change in momentum they needed as they climbed back in, generated shots and slowly chipped away at the the deficit.
Action was end to end and could have gone either way. Jay Mac popped one with 2 minutes left to push it to a tie. It set the stage for a clutch championship goal by Martinez with 13 seconds on the clock to complete the epic comeback and championship!! Butterfinger wins!!

What a great game and unreal way to cap the season..

Even as as it gets and this playoff matchup should be epic. Butterfinger outlasted Milky Way in this one but they are very evenly matched and it should be a tossup as they lock horns! Farbs stays hot in this one.

Twix erases a 6 goal deficit, but Payner had a big night and Martinez seals the deal in shootout fashion!

"Mac Attack"

Strong game and very balanced even with a short handed Twix bantam crew. Back and forth action as Willy, and "Socks" Farrer kept pace with Mini Farbs and Kian "The Waterbug" Knapp. It was in the second frame where the Twix bantams showed fatigue and Jay Mac went off with a trick. J Bird, and Big Johnny Montoya piled on as well and took over after a very good effort on the Twix side. Van Stegen, Goltzy, C Fetz, and The Mini Cannon fought, but ran out of gas.

Game 2

"Battle"

This one came down to the wire as we saw a great GHSL show. Snickers' B Levake pulled a magic trick with two goals in 40 seconds to change the momentum in this contest. The Fingers were lead by J-Mac who opened up the scoring and was a dominant force on this night. "Mini" Farbs and the "Water Bug" Knapp also hooked up for some highlight snipes. It was back and forth action all game, but Butterfinger held on for the victory!! Great first game.
