Congrats to Cookie Crisp, our first ever Little Guys Champions!!!
In a battle that featured the #2 Cookie Crisp vs. the #4 (Cinderella) Apple Jacks, we had an epic battle…The game started off rather tense as both teams were playing timid championship hockey. Sutts struck about 5 minutes in for any early CC lead, but within about 10 minutes Schulzy #1 answered and we were looking at a 1-1 showdown..Goalies were both playing well and action was back and forth. The Schulzy’s hooked up again and the Cinderella started to put on the championship dress with a 2-1 lead..Then the Crisp would strike within 10 seconds. The Grand Piano scored a backdoor goal and Dr. Dre would strike quickly back-to-back, almost stunning the crowd and the AJ squad. The Jacks had chances, but never really regained that desperation as the Inferno lead a valiant effort, but in the end - at a blink of an eye - Mills and his morsels took over and stole the slipper right off Cinderella’s foot..Great win and congrats to both teams on a hard fought victory!!!
Congrats to General, Beckers, The Cooler, Cruzer, The Wrecking Ball Goddard, Big Ben, Sayge Robarge, Sutts, Big Baby, Dr. Dre, The Grand PIANO, The Lucky Clover AND Chucky Norris!!!!
