Congratulations!!! You have reached this page because you have been selected for a Mission team for the 2010-11 season! Please read the following carefully.
As always, Mission posts tryout results within two days of tryout completion so that players aren't kept guessing or "hanging." Mission understands and appreciates that some players may have participated in tryouts elsewhere and now have a decision to make. However, this knowledge does not factor into Mission's decisions with respect to team selection. That being said, there are players who may not have made the first round of the 2010-2011 rosters who desperately want to play for Mission and it isn't right to keep them guessing either. Please help by letting Mission know your intentions! There is a quick form provided above. If you intend to accept the spot you have been offered please submit this preliminary acceptance form.
This year AAHA has issued a Tender Letter that must be completed and signed in addition to the Mission Player Acceptance Letter. This Tender Letter must be signed in person, so Mission will have a table set up at Polar Peoria on Sunday, June 13th during the second set of Mission parent meetings between 2:30-4:30pm, where you can complete and sign this document. Please bring with you the Mission Acceptance Letter found in your welcome email along with your deposit (players will not be officially rostered until Mission has received both documents and deposit). Mission will also have equipment samples for those who were not able to get sized during tryouts. If for some reason you are unable to get to Polar Peoria on Sunday, please advise so that other arrangements can be made.
Here is some additional information that may be useful in making your decision. Mission's season fees are all inclusive of practice and game ice, ref and score keeping fees, tournament fees, full home and away uniforms, practice jersey and socks, gloves, bags, warm-ups, white helmet, coaching fees, coaches' travel expenses, 24 weeks of off-ice training and goalie coaching. Players are responsible for red helmet, cage for white helmet, and individual travel expenses. There are no hidden fees. Mission will not ask for additional funds unless your team roster falls below the budgeted number of players*, which is disclosed up front, or your team collectively opts to add ice (additional games or tournaments, etc.). And, although Mission will provide many opportunities to fundraise, fundraising is not mandatory!

Again, Congratulations! We look forward to welcoming you to the Mission Arizona Ice Family!
* Should any team roster fall below the budgeted number of players, that team may opt to reduce ice (practices, games or tournaments) rather than make up the difference in cost.
